These hybrid sculptural-paintings made of paper float two inches off the wall. The painted reverse side reflects a colored, soft glow where the light meets the wall. The glow fluctuates in changing light, forming a shifting and immaterial "ground" for the entire piece.
Color and shape co-emerge. The iterative process of painting colors, massing pieces of paper, taping and cutting, ricochets wildly in no set sequence.
